Friends Community Church Guidelines

Celebration

Whether in person or online, the Church is called to meet together. Until we are able to worship in a pre-COVID 19 manner, we encourage you to join us in person or continue to participate online through FCC Church Online or Facebook. We are excited to begin meeting together but will need to do so in stages. As restrictions are lifted, more opportunities to gather together will be offered. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and safe as you gather and with the help of the state of California, we have set guidelines with your well-being in mind.

Friends Community Church Service times:

All weekend services include 55 minutes of contemporary worship and Bible teaching. We invite you to attend any of the services. Children's Ministry is available during the 9 AM & 10:30 AM services on Sundays (click here to view Children’s Ministry details). Middle school and high school worship services will be held at 10:30 AM on Sunday mornings.

Please notice a change in our service times:

SATURDAY 5 PM | SUNDAY 9 AM | SUNDAY 10:30 AM

Sunday’s services will be streamed live online at fccbrea.churchonline.org or Facebook.

What you can expect from us upon your return:

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available upon entering and exiting the building.

  • Chairs will be in clusters to maintain social distancing and will allow you to sit with your household. Please follow the usher’s instructions on seating.

  • There will be a single entrance (at the front of the church) and a single exit (toward the alley). We ask everyone to follow the “flow” to promote minimum contact.

  • Masks will be made available if you do not have one.

  • Children's Ministry is available during both the 9 AM and 10:30 AM services (click here to view Children’s Ministry details).

Help us provide a safe and welcoming environment on campus:

  • Please maintain proper social distance from other attenders. Please refrain from hugging or shaking hands.

  • Face masks are required during all parts of the service.

  • If you are feeling any symptoms of sickness—Fever, cough, constant sneezing—however minor, please refrain from attending.

  • Bathrooms will be open, but to limit use, please use the restroom before arriving.
