What is “Compassion Sunday”?
Compassion Sunday, is a unique opportunity in April for thousands of churches to invest in global missions, is through, but we are still accepting donations!
For only $38 a month, you can make a direct impact on the life of a child living in poverty. Your donations provide Christ-centered education, clean water, nutritious food, life-saving medication, and safe housing.
Why Should You Get Involved?
Have you ever considered how difficult it is to raise a child with special needs? Now consider doing that while living in poverty! This year, FCC is partnering with Compassion International to find sponsors for families of special needs children living in poverty. We believe supporting these families will allow us to make a global impact in several areas of FCC’s ministry focus: Spreading the gospel to the ends of the earth, giving to the poor, and helping the families of children with special needs.
Compassion International is an internationally trusted 501(c)(3) ministry that exists to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name.
Compassion Sunday
Compassion International Sunday will be highlighted during all three services on April 24 and 25. It is not necessary to wait for Compassion International Sunday if you would like to sponsor a child immediately, and you are welcome to sponsor a child anytime afterwards.
